I served as the Youtube Channel Manager, Digital Content Producer, and Media Publisher. I began by auditing the channel, optimizing channel and video metadata, and conducting a competitive analysis with an emphasis on keyword research.
From there, I lead an agile team in producing and programming content. This resulted in an increase in organic growth, and we transformed a once dormant channel into an engaging hip-hop authority. ( 150k+ subscribers gained in 6 months.)
